A few words about Schultz's Fish Hatchery...
We have 3 aquaculture facilites, 2 in Wayne county and the 3rd in Lackawana county.
People are sometimes surprised at the size of our operation. For example, this year we will produce 60,000 yellow perch. In the very near future this may be increased to 3 million yellow perch. We are not a hobby hatchery, we are a full-time business. We cater strongly to lake associations but are quite happy to serve small orders also.
Fish we raise here at our Hatcheries in Northeastern Pennsylvania include: Largemouth Bass, Black Crappie, Bluegill, Fathead Minnows, Yellow Perch, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, and Northern Pike. We also stock Grass Carp.
